    While dismantlement, one of the posts broke. It was a little rotten. We used all treated cedar. The post was cemented in. After installing the headers with bolts, the joists were installed. Then 2×2’s across the top. The 2×2’s will be trimmed and the pergola will be sanded and stained!

    For 5 years water has leaked down the inside of this window, doing damage inside and outside. Family, friends, carpenters, and roofers all worked on this problem. Some said it was fixed and were paid (but there was not any improvement). I was found on Next Door. Last report was “No Leak”!!
